Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Aspiredew provides refunds for website development and related digital services.

1. General Policy
At Aspiredew, we take pride in delivering high-quality website design and development services tailored to client requirements. Due to the time, resources, and planning involved in custom digital work, refunds are generally not provided once a project has commenced, except under the specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

2.1 Before Project Commencement
If the client cancels the project before any work has begun, a partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or consultation fees incurred.

2.2 Delayed Kick-Off (Client Inaction)
If Aspiredew is ready to begin but the project is delayed more than 30 days due to client inaction, Aspiredew reserves the right to cancel the project without refund of any initial payments.

2.3 Scope Disputes or Misalignment
If there is a fundamental misalignment in understanding despite clear documentation, Aspiredew may offer a partial refund after deducting hours spent on design, communication, research, or development.

2.4 Duplicate Payment or Billing Errors
In the event of a billing error or accidental double payment, Aspiredew will issue a full refund of the excess amount after verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

Once the project has entered the design or development phase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the client fails to provide content, feedback, or approvals necessary to continue the project.

For a change of mind or cancellation unrelated to Aspiredew’s performance.

For any third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, hosting, licensed plugins or templates) already incurred.

For completed work that was delivered according to the approved scope.

4. Maintenance & Hosting Plans
Monthly or annual fees for website maintenance or hosting are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

Clients may cancel such services with 15 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send a written request to hello@aspiredew.com including:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Project reference or invoice number
  • Detailed reason for the refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and any approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

6. Right to Refuse or Modify Refund Terms
Aspiredew reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it violates the terms outlined in this policy or the project agreement. We may also modify this Refund Policy at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting to our website.
